What’s a typical base % increase at Big 4 for promotion from Manager to Senior Manager?

Are internal consulting roles at a prestigious company viewed on the same playing field as traditional consulting roles? (I.e internal consulting at American Express versus consulting at the Big 4)?

I feel like The Big 4 needs to invest in computers with more processing power. I can't finish my work efficiently if I keep seeing the message "not enough resources" and my excels keep crashing.
