Does a project's budget affect a developer's opportunity for a raise/promotion? For example, if the budget for your current project is tight, does that mean you're less likely to get that good raise and/or promotion (assuming you deserve/earned it) if that project will be continuing into the next year?

What’s a fair expectation for my first raise? I’m in-house at a publicly traded co with ~2500 employees. I’ve been doing litigation with the company for almost 3 yrs and have only had a 2% cost of living raise so far. Graduated in 2014. Base comp is $127.5k in the Philly area. I see salaries all over the place in this site and it’s hard to tell whether mine is competitive.

Finished my MBA and recieved a Senior Consultant offer from EY (3YOE). The pay (90 base+ 10 signing) is what I was making in manufacturing ops pre-MBA (with a guaranteed raise of 10% every year). Negotiating the pay right now but is it worth switching to consulting and taking this "pay cut"? Is the big4 grind worth?

So far, I believe the steps are
1) Send Form13 to previous employer and have them amount sent over to EPFO. Collect Annexure K from them once done.
2) Raise an online transfer request from the EPFO page to deloitte.

I called up the helpline and they just pointed me to a document on ToD which isn't useful at all.
