Hello fishes
I'm currently working with Capgemini at C1 level. I have an offer from TCS of 20L(with variable) and I have asked for permanent onshore to CG for retention. CG is trying to get me in the onsite project and now they have offered me 18.5L(with variable) and 1.5L retention bonus with C2 promotion.
Can you please tell your thoughts on this?

Note: I have 1 month NP left so still looking for other opportunities with more package but have TCS only in hand right now.

At a happy hour, I recently learned that developers hired around the same time, and even some in a lower position, were making significantly more than I was. I had been told in the past there was no more room to give me an increase.
Would you even attempt to negotiate for more money or would you take that as a sign of being undervalued and lied to and look elsewhere?

I’ve been a data analyst for a little over a year for my current employer. I manage databases, input new information, solve issues utilizing root-cause analysis, and I maintain reports on a daily basis. The only thing I don’t do is work with coding such a SQL. I want to get a job in data analytics that uses SQL. How do I show that I know SQL without having direct SQL related work experience?

PHR or SHRM-CP?

Hi All!
I’m looking for some advice. My company is considering creating a scholarship program for prospective employees (particularly interns that are working on projects for the company already). What factors should we consider? Does anyone have any experience implementing such a program?

I’m mid-level in my HR career at my current company and an upcoming Master’s graduate. Studying for my SHRM-CP too. How did you make the transition to that next level? What skills do you need, or is it really just based on YOE (I am the youngest compared to my teammates, many who have 10+ YOE)? I feel like career pathing is not very clear at my company. Each time I ask for guidance on this from my manager, I get told they’ll look into it.... would love some external mentorship and thoughts 🙏🏼
