Say that you are happy with the work and the company but the travel has begun to wear on you. You are looking but not in a rush - you want to find an opportunity that really fits with your career goals and aspirations .
Don't badmouth your firm.
Just say you want to see a project/ solution from start to finish. Within consulting, you normally just devise and propose strategies. Maybe you want to see the wholistic development of what you’ve proposed.

Looking for new challenges
I try to be gracious and not overly criticize my current employer in interviews if I can avoid it. Usually it won’t accomplish much and may not help their impressions of you.
If your current project were fully staffed and you’d still be considering leaving due to travel, leave it at that.
Should I just say I want less travel and leave out the other reasons?
Depends on if the other firm offers you less travel
Do not
Nad mouth your current company

It’s an industry position so yes less travel. I just didn’t know if I should add the other reasons that kind of reflect negatively on my current company/project since I know you’re not supposed to do that (right? This is my first time interviewing since college)
Thanks all!
