I almost got out of Pharma... A CD from a Consumer agency doing solid work reached out, and I was so excited thinking I could finally do the kind of work I love. In my offer letter it stated a signing bonus to be paid on the first available payroll after my start date. Its been a month since my first paycheck and HR and the Payroll team are incredibly unresponsive to my inquiry on where this bonus is. What’s the next course of action? Legal?
