Anyone a recruiter at Merck?
I recently got an offer for an internship at Big 4 this summer in technology consulting data & analytics. I’m wondering if any fishes (interns & full-time consultants) can give me some insight into what you guys do on a day to day basis. do you enjoy it? what type of skills have you developed/what tech do you work with (sql, power bi, python etc) EY PwC Deloitte KPMG
Feel like the only time %s and hard #s come into play during the recruiting process is post-final round when considering headcount openings per office and weighing candidates against each other.
Wouldn’t doubt that some R1/R2s have very high pass rates while others have very low rates when ultimately each has the same amount of offers given.
Thank you both!!

as others have said there isn't a target/limit, it just depends on your performance... i had a day with 8 candidates where we gave 6 offers, and everyone was super excited about how productive it was
Partner 1 - please could you share what candidates can do in a final round to differentiate themselves vs the first round? I’ve read in the bowl developing on the feedback and that fit is generally slightly more important (to assess if you’re client ready?)?

from my experience (200+ final round interviews) it's around 15-30%... most of those were before we used the chatbot for first round, though, so maybe lower now?
