I’m looking for other opportunities which will provide better WLB. However, I’m wondering if I should wait to start interviewing until after the raise/bonus that is coming up in June. I’m thinking that will give me a better idea of what comp I should ask for the new position as well. With all that has been communicated thus far, I’m hoping for a good raise/bonus.
