What’s Centene’s reputation to the outside world? You can be honest. I understand the overall distain for health insurance companies in general. My employer disqualifies high earners and offers them a NQSP instead. Therefore, as a high earner, I don’t qualify to contribute to 401k. Is it advisable to start contributing to NQSP? I'm coming to the end of a contract term and being converted to FTE.

The offer was presented to me by the hiring manager and not HR/Recruiter. To me it is a lower base salary offer than expected, so I asked for info on the total compensation package (base, benefits, bonus, stock/rsu, etc.), which I was told about when they took me on under the contract with the intention to convert.

Hiring manager sends me an email with only standard benefits, no bonus, etc. Are these red flags?

I am one of the few that has stayed this long, 1 of 2 bilingual techs, and there’s been a high turn over rate in technicians since I’ve start but it has increased drastically lately so in light of that I was thinking of asking for a raise.
