Suppose my hypothetical AssociateOP, LLP firm had a revenue dip in April and May, but we got things back up and running again and made bank in 2020, so our revenue and profit was about the same as in 2019. X knows I have high expectations in the technical area, and I feel that X’s technical and client skills are very strong.” How can someone give out a “meets expectations” but then say their expectations are high but that I have very strong skills in that area?!

At the end of the interview, the person told me I passed the interview and they were going to talk to the Director who’s a level under them. It’s a yes for them and they’re happy to work with me.
