Headhunter has reached out to me with 2 opportunities, one with a megafund and another for a small fund I've never heard of and wouldn't be interested in joining. The headhunter is pushing me to consider the small fund. Can be clear with the headhunter that don't want to proceed with the small fund, or does that risk the headhunter not connecting me with the megafund?

Last year, I went through a major depression/anxiety induced episode, blacked out on sedatives, and went missing for several hours.

I was found safe and sound, and I have come a really long way since. What I am still struggling with is “forgiving myself”, so to speak.

For the pain, worry and stress I caused to my family and friends. They have all been amazing about it. But in the background, this nags at me every day.

Any and all suggestions on how to “forgive myself and move on”?🙏

If you live with a S/O or Spouse. How do you split cooking duties? For me since I am working 70 hrs a week right now, usually I do clean up/dishes and vegetable prep on weekdays and my wife does all the cooking.
On weekends, I will usually cook 2 meals plus all clean up and we order a couple meals of takeout.
