I found events through her page and made my current friend group through her events. Good luck OP

Before pandemic times, the night before they did the dress rehearsal for the 7/4 concert and you could get amazing seats on the mall right by the stage in front of the Capitol with no crowds. But obviously logistics will be different with the fencing and all.

Does anyone know if recruiters know whether. candidates applied and didn’t get a similar job on the same company 6 months before? For context, I applied to a role in a company on a team that matches my skills best, but had applied and went through the final round of interviews for the same company on another similar role in another team (different recruiters) but got rejected. Should I bring it up with my recruiter on the current job interview process?

Is being a legal recruiter very cut throat? Obviously you're competing with recruiters from other recruiting firms, but given it's a commission based model, I would think there's some level of cut throatness even within the same recruiting firm. The fact that it seems like the recruiter market is pretty saturated, as well, probably doesn't help? Any insights/experiences would be appreciated, thanks!

I had my PHR back in early 2000, then made a career change to a paramedic (I know, right). I called SHRM and they said I'm eligible to test again even though I only currently have 1.5 yrs of HR.

I purchased the online study guide and it seems that HR has gone in a completely different direction - more operations related than employee relations etc.

Did anyone find this online training to be helpful? I test in July, so any tips would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks - lauren
