I’m currently in the process of trying to transfer my CPA from MA to NY. The last thing I needed was the license verification. I think I’ve submitted everything I need to MA but it’s almost impossible to reach someone. Has anyone had any luck reaching the MA CPA? I get a high volume email and no one to pick up the phone

Advice for getting past burn-out.
I’ve been a recruiter for 20 yrs, but am still young. First 10 yrs were Corporate TA; most recent 10 are with Agency. For the majority of my career, I’ve been passionate about my job. I navigated the highs and lows and was always enthusiastic about starting each workday. We recently had leadership changes that affect me negatively…. But my job is still intact. However, I have lost my mojo. Reviewing Recruiter job postings does nothing to inspire me.

Not consulting related but looking for advice- I just had (what I assume to be) an extremely painful lower back spasm that caused me to fall to the ground. Thankfully I wasn’t home alone when it happened and my partner was able to help me get to the couch and I’m now using a heating pad which is helping a little. Has anyone ever experienced this before/any suggestions on alleviating it? I’m in my late 20s, sometimes have back pain but nothing like this and not sure what caused it
