You are limited based on approvals, so it's not unlimited, it's more undefined as you have no idea how much you really get to use

Feeling very burnt out. With work, and also personal things going on in my life right now. I can’t take time off because we’re in the middle a massive campaign, and I can’t really express to anyone how burnt out I am since such a large contributing factor is personal issues that aren’t the agency’s concern or responsibility. Can someone assist me with a negotiation? My friend is in a bad situation. She knows if she stays at current position, there’s no growth and they are looking for reasons to eliminate her position. She was offered $15,000 less than what she’s making now. Based on what the hiring manager said—his offer was a struggle to come with due to budget. She mainly wants relocation and flexible PTO since she will have to go and move from Maryland to Delaware.

So I've been working at my company for 8 months now as a business analyst. Both senior consultants on my project are leaving, with no replacements in sight, so the project work is most likely going to fall to me.
