Thoughts on how to go about moving from BO at a BB to FO? I’m an associate in Data Analytics as a client engagement lead so I deal internally with EDs & MDs daily, I don’t have an MBA (but do have a 4.0 GPA and a Masters in Marketing from a top three UK uni) and am thinking that could be the best way for me to transition?

Has your school enacted a new cellphone policy this year? I've seen a few posts going viral lately from parents sharing the new policies at their children's school. I get that we have a cell phone problem but some seemed pretty extreme and oppressive (and like they'll cause more trouble for the teachers who will have to enforce them).
