Performance review was not what I expected and they did my review calls based on the review. I feel hurt, especially because some of the examples given of negative feedback are either things I was told “not to worry about” or things that actually weren’t my fault, and I wasn’t aware was an issue so I didn’t escalate (didn’t want to throw anyone under the bus). I’m worried, my anxiety is at an all time high and I feel hurt. Has anyone had this happen?
