Does anyone know if the same 401k rules apply at EY as Accenture so they will cap the contributions coming for your check say if you hit the yearly limits in August? So if you hit the 22,500 in 23 there is no way to go over for tax issues. Thinking to frontload next year contributions if market is down. EY

If you are starting as an Audit Associate some time from now with Deloitte or any of the big 4, do they expect you to have passed/completed all 4 parts by the time you start? Received the Becker Reimbursement email from the recruiter not too long ago but have yet to start. I’ve seen plenty of people get to Senior at a big 4 firm without the CPA so I am a bit confused in that aspect. Any helpful feedback will be very much appreciated.
Thanks for setting this up!
Capgemini I joined sometime back at D1 level , I do technical work most of time like coding, dev, testing etc.
I have worked a lot in my 14 years and still have required skills needed for the work. I don't have energy to slog any further. Moreover I get anxiety when I see junior level people doing same work as me and earning more or same.
I feel cannot sit longer hrs due to back issues and other health issues and family commitments.
Can I change to management side without risking my job .

I just started renting it literally weeks ago for my baby at 5 weeks, impulse order in the middle of the night when I couldn’t get him down. Lol. It’s been about two weeks now and I have seen increasing sleep hours from him.
Worth it. I bought it at 2.5 months, don’t think it’s worth it before then because of how often you have to pick them up.
You can rent them now - seems like a good option.
I disagree, I’ve been using it from birth and have a 4 week old who is sleeping 4.5 hour stretches overnight. I think he’s a decent sleeper, but you can clearly see on my Snoo logs where it helps link sleep cycles.
Worth it - I also had a night nurse 3 nights a week and still glad we had it

So unpopular opinion here I guess, but we are using it for #2 and she doesn’t like it! Sleeps better in the regular bassinet we used for #1. I don’t think she likes the motion or the swaddle. Really glad we rented it.
Have you tried double swaddling? We use the Ollie under the Snoo swaddle and it works great. My baby similarly hates the Snoo swaddle. Also turn on motion limiter!
