I know we can not spot reduce weight but my body is what a pregnant lady would look like lol. All parts of my body look great but my stomach is BIG. It’s big to the extent that I’ve been asked by people if I’m preggers… I’m not sure how I ended up gaining so much weight and have been trying really hard to lose it. I’m working out and trying to be in the calorie deficit range. I did reduce my fat% by a little bit but I see no difference in my stomach. Am I losing weight from the wrong places?
