Also I had a offer from HCL OF 17lacs with 15 lacs fixed.
TCS has raised an ICT UK visa for 2 years.
The job offer from BT is from my hometown .

I'm honestly beyond discouraged. After a a year with the company and finding out I wasn't eligible for the merit bonus. I'm out of luck until spring 2023 or find a new job. I'm honestly discouraged all the way around. It's hard to continue going above and beyond when you got picked over someone who doesn't appear to do the same.

As I am close to finishing Deep Work, I am thinking about how to apply its strategies in my own work. Deep Work sounds like I can reduce my overall time spent at work by 25-50% because of all the extra gobbly goo that goes on in corporate bloat. Has anyone done that?
