My typical outfit when I go into the office is black aritzia pants, a nice top, & nice booties if it’s winter- Accenture offices are pretty laid back dress code wise
Funny I’m joining ACN soon and have tht same thought. I like to dress up so I’ll still come in a blazer pencil and stilettos. Still plan to wear my suits and other dressy stuff but will just get a lay of the land first.
Haha lets be friends! Thanks for the help
We have a business casual dress code and new hires always dress nicer than business casual for the first few days. I think it’s a good thing that they choose to dress nicer and meet everyone before they start dressing casually. That being said, I don’t think you can go wrong with some black dress pants and a top (or sweater if you’re in a cold city). Would recommend booties/flats/sandals over stilletos but either way don’t overthink it and be confident!
What firm?
Accenture
Which office? Are you going into the Accenture office? Or client?
Still could wear those stilettos if you want but the jeans will definitely ensure you don’t look stuffy :)
If jeans feels like a no i would do dress pants and dress shirt no blazer. Maybe with some booties or flats
My first day I wore black jeans, heels, a shirt that can be dressed up or down, and a blazer and it worked pretty well. As things progressed it changed more from a blazer to a sweater and often flats.
