Hi Sharks, I have few offer letter and the maximum from those is from UKG( Ultimate Kronos Group) Noida. CTC is 18.5LPA(16+ 1.5variable + 1 JB) for 3.6 years of experience in SpringBoot Microservices. Is there any company who can offer more than this? A lot of HRs have told me this is max you can get for this much experience, specially Indian service based companies.

Has anyone ever asked to renegotiate their salary after starting a job? I’m 2 months into my new job and I have far more responsibilities than what I was told. It’s a lot different than what was relayed in the posting and during the interviews. Additionally, they hired my counter part in as a senior manager which is at least $30k more than what I make. Well, got my annual physical, and I have high blood pressure, just shy of hypertension. I work out, eat very healthy and I’m fairly young. I think the likely culprit is the stress of producing because they found no other health reasons that would cause it.

Has anyone else in the bowl dealt with HBP related to work stress? If so, was there anything you did that helped address it? As stressful as it is, I love producing, and I don’t like the idea of leaving the field if I can manage it.

Basically I’m just trying to understand a bit more about the office culture, size of the teams and typical engagements, comp&benefits and career path. The position will be Vice President. Currently I work on a boutique firm in London and I’m trying to move to Milan without compromising too much my current position (SC) and comp.

Currently A at KPMG (<2 YOE) with high certainty of promotion to SA in Sept. Enjoy working with my team, great WLB, and strong network for someone at my level. Current base = 75k with promotion bringing it to 92k minimum.

I have two offers at ~105k base, 15k signing for C and SA roles at other B4 which is a ~50% raise from current base but ~10-15% raise from SA base. Is it worth it to hop this early in my career or should I stick it out for a while to build more experience?
