I had two offers in had one is cognizant(project not yet tagged) (12LPA includes 45k variable) and the other is Realpage a product based company with 10LPA fixed.

Skills - Linux , SQL , ITIL, Incident Management, SSL , AWS(Basic operations experience), patching management, and a few other tools.

YOE - 4 Years

Please help me to choose the right one. It's a bit urgent and unable to decide what to do now. Hope your suggestions will help me here

As compared to law firm life (transactional), is in-house actually a better fit for work/life balance? I’ve worked with in-house counsel attorneys working 70+ hour weeks on deals, but I’m curious as people seem to generally say the balance is better.
