After reading so many negative reviews, just don't feel like joining EY also EY is paying 2.5L less
I haven't negotiated with EY but just don't feel like doing it
Also not sure how long will EY let me work from Pune, can't relocate anywhere in India
Wipro is offering more, plus I am hoping onsite at a later point in time

My manager has approved my 8 months LOA after my maternity. Will I be able to stay on H1b during LOA. I am also ok taking H1b-H4-H1b route (or H4 EAD If that comes on time) if I am not allowed to be on LOA on H1b. Has anyone ever converted to H4 after their maternity?
