It’s time for me to move on from my back office/CBS job at EY. I’ve been able to get through to recruiter and hiring manager screening round with FAANG employers and some tech companies but never beyond that. How can I differentiate myself when I’m probably also up against our client facing colleagues in consulting. I have about 12 years experience (7 at EY doing the same thing).

Like, I know EY and Deloitte both have 16 weeks for moms and dads, but I'm trying to figure out if PwC has the worst policy of the Big Four (6 weeks for both, with birth mothers getting an additional 7 weeks in short-term disability). KPMG doesn't have any numbers on their website. ...

Wow K1..that's pitiful. As somebody expecting a little one this summer, I'm so glad I joined D instead of KPMG.
K1 got it wrong. 16 weeks for mom and 6 weeks for dad.
