The creative community in this town is lifeless.
Agree. Seattle has a weak creative scene.
It's like living in a fantasy land. Amazing food. Best coffee in the country. Great bars. Music. Very active outdoors culture. Great people.
It rains a lot in winter. A LOT. But it's not usually heavy rain, and it often dissipates by sunset. Green from the trees and the amount of lakes and such sorta compensates lack of blue sky, but if you are affected by SAD then it can be tough.
Absolutely most beautiful summer city in the country.
Don’t forget about the Seattle Freeze! Super high cost of living and God awful traffic. Seems like life is great in this town for in house product designers, UX/UI, writers, etc... but for folks with an advertising skill set it sure feels like slim ass Pickens.
