Good morning everyone! Are any teams currently hiring for an EBP or ABP at Google that can refer me to their team?
I’m running into a taxation issue where I pay previous year taxes by pulling from my company account (member draw) and it snowballs into the following year as a larger tax to pay. Is this fairly normal for a cash based member LLC?
Does anyone have any insight on experiential AE opportunities is greatly appreciated. I’m looking for major markets, NYC, Miami, LA, Chi, and even international. Thanks :-)
Has anyone gone the direct entry principal route for EY? Any advice on the process? offer parameters? Ease of transition? Currently with another B4 and have been in the partnership for 7 years. Wasn’t looking to move but am in a very hot tech space and am getting recruited pretty heavily. Probably still unlikely that I would move but interested in what others have seen.
For those with some cheaper automatics in their collections (Seiko, Orient, etc.) any thoughts on if it's necessary to service these watches, or is it cheaper to just replace the movement altogether once the original stops working? Thinking there's maybe a different philosophy on these vs. the traditional servicing guidelines for high end watches
For those of you in M&A (private company, middle market). How did you develop your practice? Many of their partners in my group seem to have very natural deal flow from family friends, college buddies etc. that work in finance, investment banks etc. We don’t have big, public company clients so it appears that most people that developed their own work through their personal and professional networks. As one of the only women in the group, I’m really not even sure where to start! Cont’d below
Any book recommendations?
"Fun at work!" Big red flag!!!
As per the latest update, internet reimbursement will be loaded into credit card . I am not holding credit card right now. Can I use my spouse credit card for the same or is it mandatory to apply new credit card in my name? Cognizant
Has anyone become friends with their pediatrician or OB? Both of mine seem like awesome people and I’d love to be friends with them but wondering if that’s weird and crossing boundaries.
Any idea what will be the CTC can be asked for Audit compliance and risk management in HCL for 7 years experience?

How do I market myself as an experienced hire with less than 2 years of consulting experience? What skills does A.T. Kearney look for?
I’ve been with EY for 6 yrs, am an Audit Manager (2nd yr as Manager), and CPA. I’m looking to get out of accounting but want to stay in business. I know nothing about M&A TAS but a friend who works at A&M in NYC office suggested it to me. I hear it pays well so it has caught my attention. Any advice for getting more info and details about what M&A entails and what the necessary skills are?
Any advice about certifications to get to add more value to you? I’ve been looking into PMP or getting a Scrum Master.

Hello. Has anyone worked for Change Healthcare as a nurse auditor? What is estimated salary? How is the schedule and work/life balance? Any other pros and cons. Thank you!
Registered dental assistant in Texas, I am looking for more information on pay and benefits through an orthodontics office. Currently I am making a very low hourly wage (just over minimum wage) with a monthly bonus that fluctuates a lot. In the past year the bonus has ranged from $900-$2400 after taxes. We get no health benefits however we do receive orthodontic treatment at no cost. Is this common for Texas orthodontic offices?
Gotta a question, should I get a bachelors degree, or just rely on the skills I have obtained through experience?
What are some possibilities for an Occupational Therapist to go more towards non-clinical?
Hi all! New to fishbowl and looking for some advice! I currently have 2 bachelors degrees and a Masters in Health Sciences. I have 7 years of inpatient healthcare experience and have started as a Data coordinator in solid tumor cancer research about 3 months ago. I get paid around $20/hr and am highly overqualified for basic data entry. However through out this process I’ve realized I love the science of what I do and want to possibly be a clinical scientist. Path/job suggestions?
Recently had an interview. Asked for a base salary that is $50k more a year than I currently make + bonuses based on performance. Recruiter said I was right on target with what they were looking to pay for the position and he felt like I’d be great for the role. Know your worth!!
So, I started watching “Limitless” with Chris Hemsworth. Apparently, he found out he carries both genes for dementia which puts him at a higher risk. So the series is about him changing things in his life for longevity. The third episode is about fasting and he fasts for 4 days until the day he has to hunt for his food. Does anyone in healthcare have thoughts on this type of fasting? I know it is done in some cultures and religions, but to what extent?
I’ve started a bowl for Radiation Therapists or anyone considering or curious about radiation therapy!
I'm a nurse manager for a large hospital with 10 YOE in nursing, but I'm starting to second guess my decision to go into leadership. Has anyone else left nurse management and pivoted to NP? I'm not crazy about the idea of going back to school for a third degree, but at the same time I'm turning 55 and I'm ready to leave the high-stress hospital setting for a nice small outpatient office. I'm considering focusing on Psychiatry. Thoughts?
Has anyone gone to HR due to an unprofessional manager? What was the situation and what did HR actually do?
I am a Certified Pharmacy Technician, with 21 years of experience. I work at an independent pharmacy outside of Charlotte, NC. I make $18.75 an hour and had to fight/beg for that. I do not feel that I am being paid near enough for the work I do. I am wondering what others in the area make, so I can go back to my boss and ask for more. I am so fed up, I want to move on to something else, but I have no idea where to start.
Has anyone negotiated pay at a hospital or company that states they have different levels/tiers of fixed pay for so-and-so profession and can’t budge? I’ve worked in other fields prior to healthcare and have a hard time believing every (pick profession like PT) gets paid exactly (pick random number like $72,345). I’m skeptical because it sounds like “we have levels/tiers of fixed pay and can’t budge” is just an excuse to shut down negotiation right away. Can anyone share their experience?
Any CST’s on here? Post location, years of experience, pay, & if you specialize in any specific specialties!
Question for you all: if you work for Cleveland Clinic as a Admin Program Coordinator II, how much did they offer and how much are you making?
Can we talk about the logic behind paying $2400 a week for a travel nurse but being unwilling to even give your staff nurses annual cost of living raises? Maybe if you’d pay your staff nurses well you wouldn’t have to spend $2400+ on a travel nurse.
