Haha the pay, that is too funny.

The ability to learn about all different kinds of industries, to learn how things are done, the steady increase in pay along the way, the bright people around me, and the opportunity to travel to places all around the world

My better opps outside of PA

A little bit of everything: the stability of decent raises (in spite of complaints), I like the work and the continuous learning, the flexibility, and excel is exciting to say the least.
No people skills here (as we can all see around us) and I don't like bossing staff around. Overall, pretty good balance.

The work, excel, learning opps, the people. Another thing I’ve found as most of my friends have quit is that industry isn’t always better especially if they have a bad boss or coworkers with bad work ethics.

I also love telling staff what to do :) the pay’s a joke though.

@BDO 1

In 2 years at the firm I calculated the OT dollars I would’ve earned at a small firm (assuming they worked me)... and it came out to over $35K 🤣.

If that doesn’t put your lousy “bonus” into perspective, I don’t know what would.

The flexibility
