What’s market rate comp for a HF analyst with 4 years of experience (to be paid after year 5) in either equities and/or credit?

My boss is asking me to do someone else’s task while they’re out on medical leave. This is the 2nd thing I’m having to take over for someone since someone else left to another dept.
I am already on the job search looking for a better job. But, he doesn’t know that(obvi). I get annoyed that they keep thinking I can take over anything without compensation.

All, I’m trying to figure out if I’m being underpaid. I’ve been at my company for close to 11 years! I don’t like coming off as greedy. I manage all the internal recruiting (they currently have me filling 30-40 jobs by myself), I also do all the training for new employees and current employees, I manage all of our software and tools that the team uses, I also am I’m charge of quality to ensure the team is following our company’s processes, I also do IT support. I’m currently at $100k. Thoughts?

I am potentially getting an offer from Meta as a product manager, in active interviews now. Any comp gut checks available for an L4 or L5 product manager? They won’t give solid info on comp until the offer, I don’t want to waste my time. Also, any insight into work/life balance in this type of role would also be helpful. My current role is super flexible and I am pretty happy, so it’s about more than comp increase to me.

Thinking about making the jump to PE. I have HSP consistently reaching out to me about positions making me want to shoot my shot. I’m a recent college grad coming up on 1 YOE. My current work has nothing to do with finance. I’m working on the functional/business team for a tech implementation. Realistically how much time should I spend preparing for an associate level interview. I have a finance background and had a PE internship so concepts won’t be new but I’ll still need to relearn.
