#2, and one thing I've learned is that HR hates everyone. I spent last winter in upstate NY (coming from the south)😒

#1 - I never trust people that are sent to me by HR unless I have no other options. If you're consistently resorting to getting staffed by HR, consulting isn't a long term career for you
^^ I don't trust HR, after my first project HR staffed me because I didnt hustle on my own. I now know better.
