I am currently working in a leading architecture and design firm for almost a year now. I have 3 years of experience. When I started in this firm I was told that they will reconsider my position in sometime. I recently asked HR regarding salary review, but he denied and said they are not considering anymore salary this year and next salary considerations would be in Q1 of next year(6 more months). I know I’m being underpaid. What should do or how should I negotiate?
Please advise.

Anyone ever experience having an emergency come up during a huge deadline? Wife is a florist and rides in delivery van with a coworker, keeps masks on and all windows down. The coworker tested positive and when my wife found out she had a panic attack. I was just strapping in for an all nighter when this came to a head and told my team I had to put family first to calm her down and help her through this. Rental 2 (worth $615k) will be paid off in 13yrs. We lived in these properties before moving and renting them out. Planning on increasing rents next year and will bring in an extra $450. Goal is to get to 10-15 doors in the next 3-5yrs. How would you go about leveraging the equity into more properties?
