What’s post-MBA signing bonus in the U.K. for MBB or Tier 2?

In negotiation for a Manager Role for BNY Mellon (grade K). Looking for some guidance on how hard I can push the issue with increasing my offer.
My convo with the HR recruiter was that he would push for $130k plus a sign on bonus. Offer is coming back at $125k with no bonus. Exiting my current position I'll be leaving a 3% pay increase, $12k bonus payout next month and full remote work on the table. Those considered it would be a lateral financial move for the 2023 year.

Decided to join Bosch. But I somehow missed to ask joining bonus. I have already received Offer letter.

No paid parental leave or 401(k) match & only 1 week PTO in first year (but claim they have discretion for more). Is there any way to salvage this? Salary guides suggest TC should be around $200-215k. I want to get my foot in the door but this seems crazy low.
