Hi folks, I have recently joined Publicis Sapient taking an offer of 14.4 LPA. I have total 4.5 years of experience and my previous CTC was around 3.4 LPA. I had various offers in hand but not one to counter this one and PS is providing me 4x+, so I couldn't negotiate much.
Another thing is I was an immediate joiner as I had left my previous organisation 3 months ago so I couldn't wait to think about this offer.
But now I think it's low, what do you think please let me know and suggest.
Single M here... any F wanna chat?

Hi All,
Persistent Systems is giving 10% variable on gross annual CTC. HR says you would receive minimum 70% of variable pay every month and remaining 30% will credited once a year at the end.
Does anyone has idea on this? Can I believe this and include 70% variable in my take home

I'm SA2A - $115k
^non MBA
SA3 is $125k
P1 are you a new hire ie did you negotiate for that salary? I'm SA2A and making 10k less. Thought the cohort was supposed to even everyone out 😒
The jokes on me. I have a JD from a top university.... found out later about the "JD" cohort. So maybe they gave me a superficial bump to even it out?
P3 - no. But people in my group have argued for a correction in salary based on be cohorts and their advanced degrees. I'm trying to do the same thing, but HR is impossible to deal with
That advisory all hands re: transparency was such a joke. I straight up asked to see the cohort model and HR refused to show me.
I thought MBAs and JDs were in the same cohort band?
PwC1 were you a campus hire from law school?
P3, they are part of the same cohort pay model
So technically following this CRT your salary should be adjusted so to be in line with the MBAs/JDs in the same cohort level as you? So you should be making the same as any other SA3 MBA/JD starting July?
And could not agree more about HR. The cohort system has turned into the opposite of transparency like they promised it would be
The cohort model makes it feel worse because they claim it is so transparent and fair. But then the more you learn, you realize how hard it is to find out the comp for each level and that there is still variability. We need to start bringing these instances with HR to leadership to show how they're actually coming across to staff
Agreed; we need to see numbers for each level.
