Organization is critical for classroom management. Try assembling units into Google Slides with links to ppts, activities, etc. Color code them according to the rainbow: Unit 1 red, Unit 2 orange etc. It takes a minute at first but the payoff is a one click upload for next year! PS I use the same color code system with felt tip pens to grade my classes: 1st hr red, 2nd hr orange etc.

For those who lived in SF and/or NY before, do you have a preference? NY is great for finance opportunities but heard it's super cut throat. SF is great for tech opportunities and it seems more likely for females to find a relationship here compared to NY because more males than females here. Just by looking online, both places are comparable for rent and are small in apartment sizes. I applied to both finance companies and tech companies doing finance and can't decide what location is better

Practice has been growing rapidly but I’ve been in a rut as a few projects went on ice due to COVID, and have been swinging and missing on BD. In parallel, my Practice Leader has been crazy busy because of said growth and has missed last few check-ins with me. He’s also my main PPMD sponsor. So am feeling demotivated and a little unloved. Hi Partners! Last year when there was no bonus etc, it was my best year in EY and I actually made more money at EY compared to my previous years or this year(including the bonus and raise this year). Also keep feeling like I have been taken granted and not valued. I also don’t feel mentally challenged with what I am actually doing, just burning out. Want to have this conversation with the team. Any tips?
