Are you taking about an ACTUAL panic attack, or like “haha, I’m having a panic attack”. Cause JFC there’s a difference.
I’m saying this as someone who spent a year not working because of panic attacks. People use the cavalier language of “panic attacks” when in reality they mean anxiety attacks or extreme stress.
Since yours is the first case, the response to your question is ZERO.
That’s like asking how many times a week is it ok to have a heart attack. Because as you know that’s exactly what one feels like.
The sheer cost of calling an ambulance for the bad ones that often, means a huge life/work change is in order. It can get better though! It did eventually for me.
Probably 30-35 a week and that’s being realistic. 5 per day and if you’re working weekends, average it out to 2-3 a day.
