What's the average annual hike % across majority of the consulting firms? Is it a double digit number everywhere?

I am working as React Develpor in IBM ISL(India software Labs ) with decent WLB. Recently got an offer from EY GDS with 30 percent hike. Role : Senior Technical lead .
Being a married female, i am little bit concerned about WLB in long term.
I have heard in EY they tag you in more than 1 project.
How is the quality of work and team management .
Need some inputs , do give some insight.

Got 6 lakh jump in HCL with technical specialist role ? wanted to know how HCL is doing with regards to SAP projects? I heard it has more Support Projects, is it true? I see variable pay is 4.4 lacs how this works? I heard they use some application to monitor resources hours in front of laptop? is this seriously monitored? Hi, I have more then 2 years experience in Excel all the advance formulas and stuff as Jr. Analyst & Data entry Operator, Currently working as Customer Service associate in Amazon (2.8 LPA). Recently I have learnt basic SQL, R & Tableau through Google Data Analytics Certificate. Can I switch whith these skil sets or I have to complete some projects or Lear python for that?

I haven’t done caselaw research since 1L and this isn’t even my practice… wtf do I do (I am fully utilized in my normal work and have a few deals closing soon…)

Again that manager is asking me to apply the Project code when I am on leave and he wants me to apply those 2 days leave when I was on bench in Myte.
