Recently Store Managers have been offering me jobs from different locations but same company in my town. The company is T-Mobile. It’s going to be my first job. I have a couple questions for any former/current employees. Is it better to work for T-Mobile, metro by T-Mobile, or a third party T-Mobile? Any difference in benefits or wage? Thanks

Same as with ACN, roughly 80K depending on location. If you come-in as part of the Consulting Development program, can take you 1-2 years to move to Sr Analyst, 1-2 years Consultant, Manager can be as fast as 2-3 years, or slow 5 years, etc.
Salary increases depends on affordability budget. Average would be around 20-30% for promotion, 5-10% for non-promo, depending on performance. If it’s a bad year, expect lower increases.
Those raise %s look higher than we get over here, but we’ve had a few bad years in a row so maybe I’m underindexing
Campus hire undergrad numbers are widely available, but on average I think it’s around 80k. Assuming you don’t change firms, growth is going to be fairly uniform and unexceptional for the few few years until the first promo
Like cyber security? At D at least that’s not a consulting role, it’s a risk/advisory thing I think. Different legal entity, different salaries, could be that low I guess….
Tier 1 cities (NY/Bay Area) are 87.5 base + 10-15k signing. Around 102-105 TC for a first year.
90-95 base as a senior analyst (1 YOE), then a jump to 108 base as a consultant (2 YOE), 120 base at 3 YOE, generally 140-155 base at manager (4-5 YOE)
