Yup... Heard there is no concept of hikes in Oracle... Their performance review is purely... For performance alone..

How about the yearly bonus/ performance bonus. Do they any such monetary benefits ? And how much do they pay as shift /holiday allowance ?

Does that mean only when you are promoted you get your salary revised. Then why so many ppl are staying in oracle without hikes. I dont understand as why people say this always regarding hikes

The reason is due to the reputation of the brand.. and obviously WLB... they actually do care for the employees... They provide lot of benefits and allowances for work in shifts/over time/weekends/holidays...
And hikes and such... You need to get the desired package upfront and later if u can't manage for 2-3 years.. can switch .. that's the norm.
