What is a fair salary/hourly for a kitchen manager in Tampa FL? Small kitchen with 3 to 4 kitchen assistants. Kitchen is open 50 hours a week. Manager has full creative license and has no one above them in the chain of command outside of owners.

Had my HR discussion with BoA and found that they don't have any year end bonus component. It is weird given every bank has that apart from the CTC. Do they have any other reward / bonus and it they don't have, why it is so ?

Hello. My mid-year review is coming up soon. My boss has been on partial sabbatical the last 3 months, so I have been covering for her. In this first half of the year, the other person on our 3 person team left, so I had to cover that. I have also had to train 2 people that ended up not working out or quitting. This will be my 6th year. I am an AVP at Credit Suisse in Raleigh and am currently making about 72K. Just trying to gauge if I should ask for a raise in this upcoming meeting.

Follow up post to my last post…My husband was laid off from the company where I also work. I am feeling really isolated / depressed about working and moving forward. Hi, received an offer from another Big4 in Amsterdam (currently working in Eastern Europe), but relocating, I’m concerned about potential layoffs in the coming period being the last to join the team.

How often do you think you will be traveling in 2022 with COVID mostly behind us? In the final interview/negotiation stages with an agency focused on pharmaceutical marketing as an Account Manager. Offer states up to 30% travel (but was told 20% is more realistic). No further info given such as location of accounts I'd be working on or a baseline other AMs travel. Feels like a red flag. Not interested in much travel. Quarterly is manageable. Any insights from others in similar roles??
