I was tentatively hired for this WFH compliance role at Edward Jones, pending a background check. During the interview process, recruiter stated that the salary range would be 85-95k. So when it came to discussing salary, Recruiter offered 85k. I stated that I would like to request 90K. Recruiter told me that everyone gets 85k. I told her that I’m asking for mid range and that I’ll be putting in 45+ hours. Was I wrong and will they accept my request?

I had joined X co. but due to some issue, I left the same and join Y co.
I had raised my all the issues to X co. but no one contact me at that time for resolution, at last I have mailed like I am not able to continue with you as I had joined 1 week ago and also I don't have any assets as well. And after that as well I didn't get any update from X co.
But now X co. HR calling me and sending an email like we can take legal action and you haven't completed the 90 days Notice period

What's the inhand salary calculation for below 2 offers(after tax)

1. 34 LPA fixed pay ( both employer and employee PF included) 12% of Basic. Total 3.2 LPA in PF deduction.

What programs are considered the most fun? My undergrad was a commuter school and felt I really missed out, so it’s number 2-3 on my important list. Schools I’m looking at in order of preference: Michigan, Duke, NYU, Cornell, UNC, CMU. I might take out CMU and put UVA in there but the case study rigor makes me hesitant.
