What’s the average salary of a Client Success Manager in NYC?

For those that offer paid parental leave - if someone goes on leave and is eligible for an annual bonus, do they still receive the full 100%? I’ve heard some people prorate it (i.e if someone receives 12 weeks pay - they get 75% of their bonus); however, I struggle with this / see both sides. I feel like the parents are still preparing for their leave plan + it almost defeats the purpose of being paid leave if we are prorating it. Thoughts?

I was raised in China and now I realize a lot of things I’ve been taught growing up is so f***ed up - 1) a college entrance exam will make or break your life 2) girls need to be as skinny as a stick (and other unreasonable beauty standards... major news constantly makes fun of female celebrities’ tiniest flaw) 3) instead of talking directly we’re suppose to assume what each other mean... among other things. I love my country but to think I’ve internalized some of these makes me so angry.

So, due to Covid, our students cannot eat in the cafeteria. They eat their lunches with their assigned teacher. In return for giving up our duty-free lunch, we get to leave early on Fridays. Today I learned that we aren’t the only ones who get to leave early. The admin and counselors ALSO get to leave early even though they get a duty free lunch during the week! How is that fair? Kids are in our classrooms, masks off, coughing, talking, eating. The admin and counselors don’t have that. 😡
