Now before rolling out offer letter they called me & informed that business could approve 44% @ max, if I would confirm then they will roll it out. Pls suggest how to go about.

Currently I hold an offer for 23 lpa which is 40% more than my current CTC and my spouse is earning 27 lpa, but my company is asking to revoke my paper stating they will provide L1B, Can some throw some pros and cons accepting the L1B please!

Accepted an offer at a firm and then another firm I was initially interviewing offered me 15% more. I want to stay at the original firm I was offered due to the structure of it. Would it be bad if I let the recruiter know at the original firm about receiving another offer that is more and ask if they can give me a signing bonus or try to match it? My highest paying job wont let me change schedules what should I do. I have 3 jobs. Job 1 is $57,008 a year job 2 is 23/hr job 3 is 22/hr job 1 and two are full time. Job 2 is very flexibly schedule as I’m home based. But I like job one but they won’t let you change your schedule until month 6 as it is considered a new position. They did not tell me my real schedule until after training and it’s causing a lot of depression working overnight on the weekend… what should I do?
