Based on crowdsourcing I’ve done here, 135k HCOL

Is that base salary or total comp?

142k non tech

EY5 thanks for the correction then. I was just going based off of a few people I’ve spoken to, but that’s great! To clarify, you mean M1s right?

What region are you looking for and level of manager? I assume you mean non-tech too. It varies a lot based on region from what I can gather from friends.

I’m going to start a new company, call it fottutamente fantastico. We are going to disrupt a market by turning employees into piece workers who can barely afford to feed themselves and since they are not employees they will get no benefits. We will ignore industry regulations, we will deny we are an employer, simply connecting people to a low cost option. We will take tens of billions in VC funding and never earn a dime. Later we will take other ideas and pretend they are ours too.
