Hi! I’m looking to pivot into a CSM/ Customer Experience role in SaaS. Anyone willing to refer me? I speak Portuguese and Spanish, have investment banking experience and I was the implementation manager for 10 platforms in my current role to help an non-profit org improve their people management, productivity and learning processes. Was also a beta tester for 2 platforms and ran quarterly meetings with Product Teams to identify limitations and suggest enhancements. I can’t DM yet so email at pspassley@gmail.com

Everyone’s got their own opinions, but mine happens to be that of all the places I worked for, anomaly had by far the worst culture. If you weren’t a kool-aid drinking joiner, there was absolutely no place for you. Of course, I haven’t worked there in 3 years, so maybe it’s changed, but I was very glad to put in my year and a half and quit. And anytime I run into old co-workers of mine, all they can say is how much they hated the place as well. But to each their own I guess. One man’s shangri-la is another man’s shitbox
Google as a client is gonna be a similar at any agency — tons of money, big campaigns, teeny timelines, and they think they can do your job better than you. But right now we do way more with YouTube than with Google, which I enjoyed working on despite the above. Clients are smart and the work is more culture focused than the typical Google fodder. I wasn’t aware they were consolidating Google into one of our groups, as were kinda project to project at the moment, but I’m not on it right now so I wouldn’t really know. What CD are they interviewing with?

Culture is about fit, no? Agencies each offer something different!
As a former Anomaly employee, I'm still happy to say that Anomaly has a great culture.
@Anomaly 2 - if a 6 foot dick on the wall is proof of culture in advertising we have a problem
^LOL YA RITE
Ultimately, work is work, and there are gonna be things about every workplace that suck. But Anomaly’s shown me that they care a whole hell of a lot about investing in what matters to us and to making us all a little bit better (esp in terms of our cultural programming for BHM, WHM, HHM, pride, etc). We’re super cult-y, but I feel like that’s also an indication that there’s a strong company culture here, bc people are happy and proud to be here.
Heard Anomaly
Yeah that’s pretty much what kept me here so long, the people are lovely and they really let us stretch out and shape the place. Remember the time Walton drew a 6 ft dick on the wall?
@Creative Director 1 I’ve met a lot of “I’m not here to make friends I’m just here to succeed” individuals from other agencies and Anomaly has those too, but there’s a lot of really amazing, wonderful talented people who are as devoted to good work as having fun and just making a crazy enjoyable work environment free of boring corporate restraints. THAT to me, is what the 6ft dick on the wall represents.
*clinks glass of Kool-Aid with @Anomaly1*
I heard Translation is good
Def disagree, SrCW1
Droga!
360i
I disagree too SrCW1
There is nothing good about the culture at 360i. Everyone’s watching over their shoulder and it’s losing accounts like water through a sieve
Can I drink anomaly kool aid? I’d love to work there ❤️❤️❤️
