Do we have famous people in this bowl 👀👀👀👀?????
What are the yearly hikes at jp morgan ?
How much hike can Virtusa provide for 90 days notice period
I have cleared all rounds and shared the documents, HR is saying for 90 Days NP and no offer in hand we can provide maximum of 30% hike as per company policy. (If I bring another offer than they’ll revise it and also add joining bonus)
Also variable component is 9% as per company policy (which is too much )
And I’ve seen other offers of Virtusa having 5% variable
Please suggest how to proceed with this situation.
Thanks in advance

under $80k for me is the Alfa Romeo Stelvio Quadrifoglio - 505hp Ferrari derived engine - for the car enthusiast part, AWD - for the Chicago and inherent snow/ice part (with appropriate winter tires), SUV - for the one car comment since it allows for some space for luggage/groceries.
Over $80k my favorite is the RSQ8.
The RS6 Avant is twice my budget.
E63 AMG wagon, carerra 4s, STi, VW golf R, used Audi RS4. Everything except the E63 is a manual and all have AWD I think. With snow tires you’ll be fine.
Currently own an E63 wagon and used to drive an STi, both are quite fun and practical and will do well in the cold.
How do u like the e63 wagon? What gen?

It would be a Bronco far more than it is a defender if I’m totally honest

Definitely go Alfa Romeo, just lease if non quad model.
I would go for a cayman in this situation. They’re actually a fantastic daily and more practical than you’d expect
