Personally I think that being an EA II is the best.

Been there done that. I don’t want to have to deal with people like me. Lol

Is the correct answer not Enterprise Manager?

Consulting lead or chief of staff

AE 1 my guess is I would need management experience which I don't have. Has anyone else has become an Enterprise manager without management experience?

I've been asked to share my insights and long term plan for my role in our business. I am actively looking to exit and have been for the last six months. 😬 How would you approach the conversation? Do I have any option other than straight up lying? In previous roles I'd have been comfortable being honest about wanting to move on but I feel like my manager will take it personally that I want to leave and be a bit of a drama queen about it...

Please talk me out of ordering the new ford bronco for 50k. Background: 26 y/o 2020 grad. After taxes, 401K, and HSA I take home ~6100/month. My current car is 13 years old and on its last leg(s). Current debt is 850/month for income based student loan repayments. I have 6 month emergency fund in savings and 20% of net income goes to brokerage account. Growing up lower middle class my only “I’ve made it” purchase is a bad A double S vehicle I actually want. I also get double steak at chipotle.

interviews are exhausting

I refuse to get my CISSP. I don't believe it's a valid certification to show competency in cyber security.

Anyone start remote couples therapy? My husband and I having a hard time with two little ones and life. We don’t really want to spend time together when the kids are sleeping. We are annoyed at each other all the time. He is a great partner - does most housework and feel 50/50 on kids. We are more like roommates or Coparents than someone I want to spend my life with. He doesn’t share my sense of humor or adventure.

Under normal circumstances (I.e. pre Covid), is it much harder to get sponsored for actually academic courses like MA or MPhil as opposed to MBAs? People might say those are not as relevant as MBAs to business, but MBAs don’t strike me as anything particularly vocational either.
