I own a Volvo XC60 and highly recommend it. Sometimes I feel the boot space in my car is insufficient- the XC40 is a lot smaller
BMW x1
No. Volvo XC40
The A5 Sportback is surprisingly versatile, really good looking and priced reasonably
It’s not entry level but I have a Lexus GX and my wife has a MB GLS.
…but entirely outdated infotainment and way over priced.

Suv or sedan?
Rising Star
What do you define as entry level?
If <50k I would say like a used X3 or X5, New C class, Porsche Macan, etc.
Pro
Mercedes GLC or Audi Q5 if you want an SUV
Pro tip indeed!
Used xc40, xc60, or x3
Pro
Alfa Romeo Stelvio
Id go Mercedes C or E class for sedan; Audi Q5/Q7 or Mercedes GLC/GLE for suv
Have an xc90 would never recommend smaller than x5/q7 or xc60. Kids stuff takes up a lot of space. I got rid of my infinit qx50 because it was too small, one stroller and the trunk space was done.
They did say entry level tho
Fully loaded camry
If you enjoy driving, get a BMW 3 series. It’s enough space for 1 kid, plus allows you to have fun when you’re by yourself. Or else get an X1 or X3
I4 40 or M50 if you want some good fun. Surprisingly practical too.
