What's the best firm to work at in risk/audit?

I am a IT PM on the job market and a lot of roles are agile based and want a CSM or actual scrum experience. How can I get this experience and/or taylor my PM (mostly waterfall but some agile) experience?

Currently fighting with my depression which means I end up sleeping late. I’ve been sneaking by so far but today just straight up slept through a client call I was supposed to take notes on. Just received word I am up for promotion to manager this year. Will taking the manager promo limit opportunities to pivot into different service lines? RA has been tolerable as a job but other service lines have been of interest to pivot towards.
