I’ll only be focusing on the tax provision aspect for them. They’re building out a team just for this client from scratch. Do you think this is a good project to be on? Any negatives or drawbacks? My firm does not do any securities work, but we have a client who needs assistance with an SEC filing (Form D) so we are using a service company to assist with the filing. There are investors in two other states so we have to file the Form D in those states to comply with blue sky laws. Is it typical to use the service company for those state filings too?
