Can you take of the first week of January in industry? I am thinking about leaving PA for industry, but my SO’s family booked family vacation for the first week of January 2022 and I didn’t get a say in the dates. Will companies let me take off the first week of January even though they will most likely be closing the books? Do I stay completely miserable in PA for another year knowing I would be able to get that week off?? Any advice is welcome!
