I’m in a small-ish office. managing partner of my office & my practice group leader said I could work from home some days per week. Most people seem fine with it except one partner (who has most of the work to give out). Should I stick to my guns and continue to work from home on my days or should I give in to this partners’ passive aggressive side comments generally about people “not actually working” even though I’ve maintained my hours and have gotten every assignment done and done well?

I resigned from the service based company i was working in because at the time I had an offer. They later mentioned that the offer is contingent on the fact that I get an early release from the 90 days NP, which didn't happen and they ghosted me.
I feel utterly helpless. I have been applying and getting shortlisted almost everywhere but nothing has panned out.

New hire in consulting, been working for about three months. Thinking about getting a medical card. Would it be a bad look for me to show a doc’s recommendation to HR with only a few months under my belt to avoid engagements that require testing? Should I wait until my work ethic is a little more establisbed at the firm? For context, this is my first job out of college so I’m pretty gung ho on making a good impression
