Hello- new to the group. I was diagnosed with ADHD as a child and felt like I had everything pretty under control until recently. Need a help, I got offer from Deutsche. It is an average offer. Other company think future is offering me 35% on top of Deutsche CTC.
I tried negotiating but db line manager is so stuck that no more pay than that, and unfortunetly my ego got hurt from it- Its not right but it is what it is.
